Call for abstracts
The call for abstracts will open in December 2024. Authors will be invited to submit their abstract regarding one of the following topics before 7 February.
Conference themes
The conference will focus on the following themes:
- Coalescence and break-up, sprays, fragmentation, atomization
- Phase changes (evaporation, freezing, melting, condensation, Leidenfrost droplets)
- Wetting and spreading, coating, electrowetting, superhydrophobicity
- Droplet manipulation on a substrate (open microfluidics, drops on fibres, elastocapillarity, bouncing droplets)
- Confined droplets and liquid plugs (incl. droplet microfluidics, EWOD, centrifugal microfluidics)
- Drying of dispersions, colloids, aerosols
- Emulsification (double-emulsion, encapsulation, surfactants, …)
