Means of payment

We offer you the possibility to pay online by credit card through a secured website or by bank transfer
We encourage payments by credit cards as they are immediate. In contrast, bank transfers might take long internal procedures to be processed, it is the participant’s responsibility to ensure the payment arrives in accordance with the deadlines. Purchase orders are not considered as payments.

Credit card : Via the online submission system. It allows you to pay through a secured website (Stripe).

Payment must be made without any charge for the organizer and with mention of the participant’s name or invoice number to avoid any confusion.

AIM is not subject to VAT.

Note that an automatic invoice will be sent with the online registration.

Terms & Conditions

Early registrations : Early registrations will close on 7 May 2025. Payments must also be received at this date. After this date, the late fee will be requested.

Late registrations : Late registrations will close on 20 June 2025. Payments must also be received at this date, after this date an extra charge of 50 € per registration will be applied.

In any case, all payments must be received before the event.

Student registrations : A proof of student status (for example a copy of student card) must be uploaded during the registration process. The student reduced fee is reserved to master and PhD students. 

Authors : Each participant can present maximum one abstract. Each abstract must have at least one author registered by 16 June 2025 in order to confirm the presentation of the abstract and proper inclusion in the conference programme.  If not confirmed at this date, the committee reserves the right to cancel the presentation.

Cancellation - Replacement - Refund

In the event of cancellation and provided that written notice is received by 19 May 2025 at the latest, a refund of 80 % of the registration fee will be made. The report of the registration fee to another person will be accepted at any time before the conference provided that the conference secretariat is notified in advance. After 19 May, no refund will be provided.
