Presentation Guidelines
Here you will find some guidelines to prepare your oral, poster or poster and pitch presentation. Don’t hesitate to contact the organisation if you have any question.
Oral Presentations
If you have been selected for an oral presentation, you have received the information about your session time by email.
You can check the full programme here.
Your oral presentation will last 12 minutes (plus 3 min dedicated to Q&A). Please prepare your presentation accordingly.
You are expected to submit your .pptx (or PDF) presentation in the ConfTool platform by 20 June at the latest.
Poster Only Presentations
If you have been selected for a poster presentation, you have received the information about your session time by email.

There will be three poster sessions during the conference:
- 1 July
- 12:00 – 13:30 Poster Session 1
- 2 July
- 12:15 – 13:45 Poster Session 2
- 3 July
- 12:15 – 13:45 Poster Session 3
You are not required to submit your poster presentation in advance. There is no mandatory template to be used. The recommended printing size for posters is vertical A0 (841 x 1189 mm). Each presenter is responsible for their own poster printing. If you want to print your poster in Liège, you can do so at Panther Print, which is located close to the train station.
Material to hang your poster will be provided.
Participants to the Best Poster Award will be given a coloured sign to hang next to their poster during their poster session.
Pitch and Poster Presentations
If you have been selected for a poster + pitch presentation, you have received the information about your session time by email.

Your pitch presentation will last 1 minute to tease participants about your poster, which you will present in the poster session of the same day. Please prepare your presentation accordingly.
There will be 3 poster sessions and 3 pitch sessions during the conference:
- 1 July
- 11:15 – 12:00 Poster Pitch Session 1
- 12:00 – 13:30 Poster Session 1
- 2 July
- 09:30 – 10:15 Poster Pitch Session 2
- 12:15 – 13:45 Poster Session 2
- 3 July
- 10:00 – 10:45 Poster Pitch Session 3
- 12:15 – 13:45 Poster Session 3
